IESC is a U.S.-based not for profit organization that works in developing countries and emerging democracies. The organization operates on a global scale, enlisting retired business executives who use their experience to assist private enterprises and governments the world over. Dave has traveled to Central Asia a number of times, and worked in Kazaskhstan, Kyrgizstan and Georgia (Caucasus) for IESC.
